Role Summary: We are looking for a seasoned Full Stack Developer with a strong background in Python and backend development to join our tech team. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of AI technologies, including generative AI models, and a proven track record of developing scalable and efficient systems. Due to customer requirements, you must be a US Citizen to be considered for this job.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications primarily in Python.
  • Lead backend development efforts, ensuring robustness, performance, and security.
  • Collaborate with team members to innovate and integrate AI technologies into various applications.
  • Engage in code reviews, uphold best practices in software engineering, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • US Citizenship required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in full-stack development with a strong focus on backend development.
  • Proficient in Python and popular frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
  • Experience with generative AI and familiarity with other AI models.
  • Solid understanding of database management and caching mechanisms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Additional Requirements: The role requires presence onsite at the headquarters in Vienna, VA, every workday. Responsibilities include collaborating directly with the technical team, necessitating daily presence in the office.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of frontend technologies (JavaScript, React, Angular) is a plus.
